Reter Milestone Session | Sparks, Maryland

Sarah contacted me to capture their little boy Owen for an in-home milestone session.  She and her husband had invested in newborn portraits shortly after Owen's birth and truly valued those images. But now that he was 7 months so much had changed.  She didn't want to let another month go by without capturing his sweet personality.  We met at the beautiful Reter home on President's Day for a fun session with Owen.  Be sure to scroll through the blog and see who else posed perfectly for pictures.

LaGreca Family Spring Session | Towson, Maryland

spring-family-session-maryland

We met Russ and Jen 12 years ago when we joined their small group.  Over those years we have walked through many ups and downs of life together.  I am so thankful for their friendship and encouragement.  They have witnessed my journey in creativity and encouraged me way before I believed in myself.  I was so excited to meet them on a warm spring-like day this past weekend for a fun family session.    They did not want to miss capturing their youngest son's toothless smile...

Spring sessions are booking quickly.  Contact me if you're interested in scheduling a session.

Baby Griffin | Lutherville, Maryland

It is such a gift to be invited into a families home to capture those first days with their sweet newborn.  We met Will and Janis through Young Life and could not be more thankful for their leadership here in Baltimore.  Baby Griff was born just a couple of days into the New Year so this was my first session of 2017.  What a way to begin the New Year.  As a mom of boys I couldn't help but think of the adventures these two will share in the coming years.  Welcome Baby Griff...

Sweet Harper Rose Christmas 2016

“What was wonderful about childhood is that anything in it was a wonder. It was not merely a world full of miracles; it was a miraculous world.”
G.K. Chesterton

We were able to spend some time sweet Harper over Thanksgiving.  We had a blast running after her as she explored.  I was struck once again by why I love photographing kids...their unending sense of wonder!

My boys helped me at different times during our adventure.  In fact Joshua got the most authentic smiles and praise from Harper by pretending he was running into the door of the train station.  Well she is a part of our family and we're kind of known for our ability to make people laugh!
