Kammar Family | Fells Point {Baltimore Family Photographer}

If you’ve been following along for a few years you have seen these boys grow up before your eyes! We have so much fun during our session together. Helen always comes with ideas of what she wants to capture that will tell their family story well and this year was no exception. She showed up to the session with a pink tug of war rope!

She is a fellow small business owner. Her business T & K specializes in women’s clothing and believe me when I say Helen lives her business motto “It’s your life, dress it up!”

Silberzahn Family | Fells Point {Baltimore Family Photographer}

I have been capturing this family for years now. I love that Jen is always looking for fun, new locations. Over the years we have met at local parks and last year we enjoyed a location by the water of Loch Raven Reservoir. This year we discussed meeting in Fells Point to allow the city to create a beautiful backdrop for their holiday images. We met one Saturday evening by the water in Baltimore, it had been cloudy all day but the sun broke through as we adventured around the city.

The Kammar family fully embraced the gray skies over the city the morning of our session!  I love when you get to know a family well enough that they come ready to have fun.  They came walking toward my car that morning with all sorts of sports equipment.  The Kammar's have  trusted me to capture their family the past three years.  Helen is the owner of Thomas and Kammar, so she knows how much loyalty means to a small business owner!  We met early one morning in Historic Fells Point and walked along the Baltimore Waterfront Promenade.  Our session ended at the City Pier with a view of the Under Armour Headquarters...a spot on the boys list of pictures to capture!

Amato Sunset Anniversary Session | Towson, Maryland

After the long, cold, grey winter, I long for warmer days with beautiful light.  Thankfully BJ and Sam were up for a last minute anniversary session on a beautiful day in early April.  BJ and Sam are dear friends of ours from church.  We met BJ over 5 years ago when he and Wes were on a worship team together.  Since then we have shared meals and great conversation with these two, and are truly blessed by their friendship. 

The Hampton Mansion was the perfect place to catch the sunset before it dipped below the horizon.  BJ and Sam your love for one another was palpable.  You can see it through these images.  Thank you for making my job easy!  Happy 1 year Anniversary!

Song Family Session...

This family reminds me of why I love shooting family sessions.  Laughter, authenticity and fun are just a few of the words that describe the Song Family.  I sympathize with Steve a little (given he's outnumbered just like me).  We met at a friends farm...so we ended the session with pictures of the girls with the chickens!
