Youngblood Family Session | Baltimore Maryland

I love it when clients become friends.  It has been fun getting to know the Youngbloods better since our session last fall.  We spent many days this summer talking at the pool while the kids swam.  Jennifer has such a warm, inviting personality that conversation flows easily (which is a blessing to me in my family of 5 boys)!   Jason is an avid runner (running 2x/day) and often travels for work so his running adventures are quite extensive.

They wanted to capture some of the city they call home in their session this year.  So we spent some time strolling the streets of Fells Point early one Sunday morning.

Raab Family Treehouse Session | Baltimore Maryland

We have had the privilege of knowing this sweet couple for over a decade.  It is a beautiful thing to watch them live their life with such intention and care.  They treasure family time in a way that is counter cultural these days and I love it!  For the past year they (and countless friends) have tirelessly worked on "Camp Raab" to continue their Friday night camping tradition...but with a little more style.  The end result as you'll see in the pictures will be a treasure for years to come.  

Kammar Family Session | Historic Hampton Mansion in Towson, MD

This family knows how to dress for a family session...right down to the shoes.  We met on a gorgeous evening just as the sun was dipping low in the sky at the Historic Hampton Mansion.  These boys are in the middle of a busy football season so we took advantage of their only night off from practice.  But we found a few different ways to incorporate the football.  Oh and by the way do you see those heels?  She raced her boys in them!  Kammar family thank you for inviting me to capture your family again this year...it's always a blast!

Horvath Family Session | Baltimore, MD

I love it when a family contacts me with a vision of how to capture their kids doing the things that bring them life.  Friends, those pictures of everyone smiling, looking at the camera are great but the candid moments are the ones you will treasure years down the road. 

We met at the Horvath home on a beautiful fall day for a family session that included a trip to their neighbors farm.  We let the kids explore taking pictures along the way, giving them a break when they needed all the while trying to capture those in between moments we all love.

Welcome Little One...

A few months back I had the privilege of sharing in the Holaday Gender Reveal Session.  Remember the family with the three boys...well the princess has arrived!  We met at the hospital just days after she was born to capture some of those sweet moments that pass all too quickly!  It was a joy to spend some sweet moments with Mom, Dad and baby.
